Mozy hits 1.0

After some time, mozy has released a 1.0 version of their backup client. I have been using it for 6+ months (free with 0.9x versions of the client) and have been VERY happy with it. Simple, mindless and just works! Here is a note from TUAW about the release. The client has been also working smoothly to maintain and update itself. When I saw 1.0 was released I sat down to update – it was already there! I would recommend checking the system from time to time (I found I had updated a few things and I was not backing up a new folder I created).

With 2GB of storage I’m backing up address info, import business documents (invoices and reports) and that is about it…
