there is a great tool for those who have intel-based macs called parallels. it allow the running of windows (2000, xp, even vista) – within a window under the Mac OS. it is simple, inexpensive (about $70) and does a great job.

the company continues to create revolutionize the tool with the ability to run “coherence”. the start menu appears at the bottom of the mac screen with the apple menu along the top. amazing! this feature is not in the full version (YET), but will show up very soon.

if you have an intel mac and are looking for a clean and easy way to run windows os – check out parallels…
it is worth every penny (and keep an eye on the updates, they bring about bug patches and great advances in the program).
